Terms & Conditions:
A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The other 50% must be deposited one month before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of less than 30 days from arrival date are subject to a 50% of the rental fee, the rest 50 % can be used to a future reservation. Cancellations due to medical problems (documented and approved) will be refund the total amount only and if dates are re-booked from another guest. Cancellation of more than 30 days subject to a 10 %, and refundable in case the condo will be re- rented for the same dates
A voucher for $1000 must be signed on the day of arrival as a deposit that will be returned, after OK from pent house inspection, on the day of departure.
Maximum occupancy 6 adults, no children or teenagers younger than 18 are allowed.
Maid service included. A cook it's not included but can be arranged.
All rates include taxes.
No pets allowed, sorry.
Smoking Policy – penthouse interior is no smoking, smoking is allowed at the terraces and open areas.
Check-in time: 2:00 P.M. Early check in available with not additional charge if the penthouse is not occupied, please be certain to notify your arrival time. Special arrangements are needed for checking after 6:00 P.M.
Check-out time: 1:00 P.M. Late Check outs are only available if there are not arrivals for the penthouse on that day. Free of charge.
